What an amazing adventure this year’s Soul Fest was! I was in awe of the present God had planned for us to unwrap this year! I could not believe I was placed in a songwriter’s circle with Jon Foreman (lead singer of Switchfoot), in which we shared songs and the stories behind them. I even got to sing with him! It was UNREAL, and I was so grateful to be in the presence of such talented and influential artists!
I loved playing our set with my band on Saturday, meeting tons of new people, handing out chord charts for my songs because people wanted to bring them home to their churches, and just being WITH beautiful Christian artists and learning from them! It was by far my favorite Soul Fest experience ever, and I cannot wait for next year!
